It was a weekend washout across the Intercounty Baseball League as rainy weather forced the postponement of all games today.
The Toronto Maple Leafs' game against the Kitchener Panthers -- which was scheduled for today -- will be bumped to a later date.
For now, the Leafs will open the 2017 season on the road in Barrie this Saturday, May 13th.
The home opener at Christie Pits will now be Sunday, May 14th, when the Leafs host the Brantford Red Sox.
Such a Bummer I was so looking forward to Opening Day today at Christie Pits...Over the 11 years I've lived here from the States I've only missed one back in 2013...
