Pitchers' duel in London tonight.
Labatt Memorial Park saw the Toronto Maple Leafs and hometown Majors yearning for runs as starters Cory Hammond and Justin Cicatello (above) laid trails of goose eggs across the scoreboard.
The Leafs broke the ice in the top of the fourth. Third baseman Johnathan Solazzo rapped a double and was driven in on a single by second baseman Dan Marra.
Toronto added to their lead in the top of the eighth, when catcher Zac Orchard smashed a triple to center and then scored on a single by Greg Carrington.
Cicatello twirled a shutout through the first seven innings, but the Majors mounted a comeback in the bottom of the 8th, scoring three runs from two hits, a walk and an error. That put London ahead 3-2 and Hammond retired the side in the ninth for the complete game victory.

L - Cicatello (2-1, 1.06)
BOXSCORE
The Leafs' record stands at 4-3, good for 4th place in the IBL standings. Their weekend road trip continues tomorrow afternoon in Burlington, where they look to bounce back against the winless Herd.
