I will be missing the next couple of Maple Leafs games and won't be there in person. Gone fishin'!
The Leafs were in Burlington this afternoon for the first half of a home-and-home series against the slumping Burlington Bandits. It was just the tonic they needed after last night's loss in Hamilton.

When it was all said and done, the Maple Leafs won a sloppy sounding slugfest, 13-11.
The Leafs are now 7-9 and 8 games behind the league leading Brantford Red Sox. The home-and-home series with the Bandits continues at Christie Pits on June 16.
