Maple Leafs Announce Revised Quarterfinal Schedule

Get ready for Super Pits Sunday.

After Game 1 of the quarterfinal series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Guelph Royals was suspended by rain, some rejigging of the schedule took place overnight.

Game 1 will remain on pause.  In the meantime, Game 2 will be played as planned, in Guelph on Saturday night.

Sunday at Christie Pits, Game 1 will pick up where it left off (bottom of the fifth inning, Leafs trailing 2-0).  Once that game is concluded, Game 3 will follow a half hour later.

As one person put it, get ready to spend 10 hours at the Pits on Sunday.  Wouldn't want to spend 10 hours anywhere else, to be honest.
